Getting a listing removed

Fastest route: open the listing and use Report this listing at the bottom. That puts it straight in the moderation queue with the reason attached, and it does not need an email round trip.

If you administer a group or channel listed here and want it taken down, email us with the URL of the listing. We do not ask for proof — removing a listing costs nobody anything.

Reporting abuse

For content that breaches our content rules — anything involving minors, fraud, extremism or the other categories listed there — email us directly rather than using the report form, and put URGENT in the subject line. Include the listing URL and what you saw.

If you believe a child is at risk, contact your local law enforcement first. We are a link directory; we cannot see inside a group and we cannot intervene in one.

Rights complaints

For trademark or copyright complaints, please include the information listed in section 7 of the Terms of Use. Complaints missing that information take longer because we have to come back and ask for it.

Corrections

Wrong category, outdated description, dead invite link? Tell us which listing and what is wrong with it. If your group's invite link has been reset, the quickest fix is to submit the new one and report the old listing as dead.

Advertising and sponsorship

Enquiries welcome at the address above. Paid placements are labelled as sponsored, on every page they appear on, without exception.

Data protection

For access, correction or erasure requests, see the Privacy Policy and write to the same address. Because there are no accounts here, please include the exact link you submitted and roughly when, so we can find it.

What we cannot help with

• Anything that happened inside a group. We are not in it and have no visibility of it.
• Recovering a WhatsApp account, or any WhatsApp support matter — we are unaffiliated with WhatsApp and cannot escalate anything to them.
• Getting you unbanned from a group, or contacting its administrator on your behalf.
• Recovering money lost to a scam. Report that to your bank and to the police.

The legal pages are published in English only. The interface is translated; these documents are not, because a mistranslated liability or indemnity clause is a real risk rather than a cosmetic one.
